Over the past 8+ years since my diagnosis of Thyroid Cancer, I have been on this deep journey of self-discovery and personal survival. Along the way, I have learned so much about myself, what I love, and what I want to put out into the world. I want to use this new chapter in my life to help spread my love of all beauty-related things through “Meant To Be Beautiful“. While I have been sharing my own personal journey on my website over the last almost 9 years (and my YouTube channel for the past 4 years), and it has been incredibly rewarding, I want Meant To Be Beautiful to be something extra special. I want to expand and challenge myself even more by expanding my brand and by expanding what I share with all of you.

So many times, as a woman with a disability, I am usually only defined by society’s narrow view of what living with a disability looks like. At the end of the day, I am so much more than just my disability or my limitations. This is why creating this site is so important to me. While I will still be creating content on my other platforms and I will still be sharing parts of my life as a woman with a disability, I want to use this particular platform to encourage others out there to challenge themselves. I want to truly inspire people to discover themselves and what they truly love to do, and find what is beautiful in their own personal journey. Along the way, I will be sharing a very vulnerable side of myself that until recently I have been afraid to share fully… my love for makeup, beauty, teaching others, and anything else that I can think of that might help others feel brave enough to embrace the parts of themselves that help them feel more authentic. I will be sharing the good, the imperfect, the learning process… and of course… the beauty. I truly feel like this is the time in my life that I am meant to share this part of myself with the world and I hope you enjoy this beautiful journey with me!
